Earth-State

Earth State essentially proposes and establishes the primary operational mechanics framework model to migrate the catalyst (homo-sapiens) over the Universe; forms and operates as an executive C-Suite body, redefining leadership roles, as required.

A working group of highest-echelon representations uniting global expansion and structural deployment.  In establishing the governing executive framework, the initiative successfully bridges planetary heritage with universal expansion.
